The garden of the P block is nestled in the privacy of a courtyard located behind three buildings that face the large inner harbor of Lyon Confluence. Its northern orientation creates the confidential ambience of a light forest; it is densly planted with trees of different species; birch lightens the shade with its white trunks, wild cherry blooms early in spring and maple adds touches of fall colors; the last two echo Japanese gardens. Under this tree cover is a carpet of light herbaceous plant undergrowth. A wide diversity has been chosen to achieve an elegant carpet in every season and regularly animated by floral events.
